With the UK continuing to bask itself in the recent sunny spell, here are a few great ways to indulge in it during a 60 minute lunch break.
Read a book outside.
If there's a particular book that you're edging through at the moment, what better setting to read is there than sitting, on a picnic blanket, against a tree or on a wall, on a summery green? Very few.
Have lunch with a friend.
If you're fortunate enough to be working in a location with various cafe's, restaurants and bars on offer, sunny weather is a great opportunity to contact that friend you've been meaning to catch-up with. You can invite them out for coffee or lunch (outside seating of course).
Sunbathe.
It's unlikely you've rocked up to work in a bikini and short-shorts, but this doesn't mean you can't lie back on a green or on a park bench and soak up the suns glorious rays.
Go shopping.
There's nothing like a sudden spell of sunny whether to make you want to splurge. While I'm not saying you should let your great mood allow you to go wild, you could allow the spring sunshine to inspire your new seasonal wardrobe.
